To ensure a safe, respectful, and disciplined learning environment, all students of Sant Sudha Sagar Public Sen. Sec. School are expected to follow the rules and code of conduct both in and outside the classroom.

General Rules:

1. Punctuality:

• Students must arrive at school on time. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the class without a valid reason.

2. Uniform

• School uniform must be worn properly on all working days and during school functions.

3. Attendance:

• Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear in examinations.
• Leave of absence must be informed in writing and approved by the Principal.

4.Language:

• Polite and respectful language must be used at all times. Abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

5.Mobile Phones & Gadgets:

• Mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic devices are strictly prohibited unless approved for academic use.

Classroom Conduct:

1. Discipline:

• Students must maintain silence and focus during class hours.

2. Respect

• Respect must be shown to teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.

3. Cleanliness:

• Students should keep their classrooms and school premises clean.

4.Homework & Assignments:

• All assignments must be submitted on time with sincerity and originality.

Behavior on Campus:

1. Damage to Property:

• Any damage to school property must be compensated by the student responsible.

2. Bullying & Misconduct:

• Bullying, teasing, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or expulsion.

3. Participation:

• Active participation in academics, co-curricular, and sports is encouraged for holistic development.

4.Decorum:

• Running, shouting, or playing in corridors is not allowed.

Disciplinary Actions:

Failure to follow the rules may lead to:

• Verbal/Written warning
• Parent-teacher meeting
• Suspension from class or school
• Expulsion in severe cases
