Admission Procedure
Admission to Sant Sudha Sagar Public Sen. Sec. School a CBSE-affiliated institution,
is open to all students based on eligibility, merit, and seat availability.
Eligibility Criteria:
Admission in our school is based on the following eligibility norms as per CBSE guidelines:
1. Pre-Primary (Nursery, LKG, UKG):
- Minimum age for Nursery: 3+ years as on 31st March of the academic year.
- Basic interaction with the child and parents is required.
2. Primary to Class VIII:
- Admission is based on:
- Age eligibility as per class
- Previous class performance
- Basic entrance test (if applicable)
- Submission of Transfer Certificate (from a recognized school)
3. Class IX & X:
- Admission is subject to:
- Availability of seats
- Student's academic record and conduct
- Entrance test and document verification
- TC countersigned by competent authority (if coming from another board)
4.Class XI (Science / Commerce):
- Eligibility based on Class X Board Examination results:
- Minimum percentage as per stream requirement
- Subject-wise cut-offs (if applicable)
- Personal interview or counseling session
5.Students from Other Boards:
- Must provide:
- Migration Certificate
- Verified TC and mark sheet
Application Form::
- Available at the school office or downloadable from the official website.
- Must be filled accurately and submitted with the required documents.

Entrance Test / Interaction:
- Conducted for classes I and above to assess basic knowledge and aptitude
- For pre-primary, interaction with the child and parents may be held.
Required Documents:
- Birth certificate
- Transfer certificate (if applicable)
- Previous class report card
- Aadhaar card (student and parents)
- Passport-size photographs
Admission Confirmation:
- Admission is granted after verification of documents, entrance result, and fee submission.
- Seats are limited and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Withdrawal Procedure
1. Application for Withdrawal:
- A written application for withdrawal must be submitted to the Principal by the parent/guardian.
2. Notice Period:
- One month’s notice or one month’s fee in lieu thereof is required before withdrawal.
3. Transfer Certificate:
- The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearance of all dues and submission of a formal TC request
4. No Dues Clearance:
- Library books, school property (if any), and fees must be cleared before issuing the TC.
